Customer Review: Good armband for 2g iPod Tounch
The sport armband offers good protection and usability if you use an iPod Touch for outdoor exercise. It is very strong and I especially like the ease of putting it on my arm with one hand. All ports and controls are available; although the clear plastic screen cover makes it harder to register touch control activity. This is not an armband that I would wear while lifting weights. In fact, the touch is too bulky to wear on the arm for most gym activities. I take the Belkin case off the armband and use it as a belt clip for that sort of activity. The Sport Armband would have gotten a five star review except for a slight bulkiness and a little too thick screen protector. However, the iPod Touch is not a lightweight itself compared to the nano. A strong protective armband is a must for the Touch. Better to err on the side of protection. The Sport Armband for the nano is too bulky for that product.
Customer Review: Not the greatest design
I am not the biggest person around but I do have good sized arms. After enough lifting the arm band was too small to put around my bicep. No problem, I moved it to my forearm. That worked great until the metal bracket snapped in half the other day. This band has as a bad tendency to hold odor. You will need to wash it often you sweat a lot. I will be purchasing a new band for my iPod touch and it will not be this one again.

I'm not worried about dropping it anymore. - They case is not just rubber so it slips in your pocket without getting stuck. - Includes a dock adapter, this is really smart. - Includes screen protector. I thought $24.99 seemed a bit much for a case. Man, I was wrong..totally worht every penny..this case is great! Silicone fits snugly over ipod touch body. Plastic shielding slips firmly around ipod silicone case. They even include a full screen protector. Your ipod is completely covered and scratch resistant. Plus it looks great in the case. I have dropped my ipod of my desk onto a hardwood floor and the case doesn't even show a scratch. Would highly recommend this product!

I'm fairly particular when it comes to call quality, and this headset does not provide any call quality. People couldn't hear me, the background noise was unbearable to people I called. Then, after a week, the unit fell apart -- plug broke, clip broke. Skip this one.

Customer Review: Mine was very good, but..
I was very pleased with this item. The item actually has 3 laminated films: the projective screen itself, another that covers the sticky side until you put it on, and a third that protects the top side until you've got it in place and squeegeed to your heart's content, without worrying about scratching the protective screen. Everything seemed well made. Although it's pictured here as just coveing the touchscreen, the one I got covers the whole front, which is what I wanted. But it's exactly the size of the ipod, which means you need to position it VERY precisely or it will go over the edge a little. That leaves a little lip that eventually gets pulled up and gets dirt under the film. So next time I think I'll get the one that just covers the touchscreen. But who knows which I'll get when I re-order this.
Customer Review: Incredible quality... incredibly cheap price.
Bought my screen protector from SF Planet (highly recommended). The screen protector is extremely durable and strong. It comes with separate stickers to instruct you how to put on and pull off decals. This is a strong screen protector... not like those soft flimsy ones you can buy at stores generically. Once on the protector is basically invisible. I got the one for the iPod 2G and it covers every inch of the face. There is no interference with movement and screen feels more scratch resistant. Within a couple of seconds all air bubbles basically disappeared. SF Planet's customer service was beyond excellent. The first protector sent didn't sit right on my iPod. After talking to CS rep they immediately sent me a new protector which fits gorgeously on my iPod.

These don't fit my ears. I know I have smaller than average ears, but no matter what I do I can't get them far enough into the ear canal to make them stay put. I've tried using the different size covers, but to no avail. The problem is with the housing behind the silicone cover. The leading side of it is more square than other canal style headphones I've used and therefore prevents the headphones from fitting into the ear canal. I hope one of my family members will be able to use them.

The best thing about these are the looks. For the price there are better out there. The sound quality is ok. The cord creates noise that you can hear through the ear buds so its not good for use in the gym when jogging, not as bad as others out there but its noticeable. The comfort was not as good as I had hope. I have small ears and the smallest size was still a little uncomfortable for me. They also don't seem to stay in the ears as well as I like. They come out of my ear every now and then. My old ear buds never did that. I have also emailed their customer support and from the response its obvious they didn't read my email and just sent a standard reply so I tried another email address and did not receive a response from them. So I took a star off for customer service. Better than your standard Apple white ear buds but no reason to get these over other similar priced ear buds unless you like the colors.

This thing feels *really* flimsy. However, I can overlook that as it only cost me a few bucks and was expecting it to be cheap. I really wanted a retractable cable and this is one of the few out there. Build quality aside, it gets the job done and has been working for a month or two now with no issues. Assuming it doesn't break soon, I'm very happy with it and would buy it again.

This case offers good protection against scratches and some protection against impact while maintaining a thin profile. Installation was easy and even the thin part of the case was sturdy once installed. The iPod is still easy to use while in the case (including accessing the switch and connectors). The holster is very flexible, swiveling and providing a stand for both orientations. I also like that the iPod can be inserted in the holster two ways, with the screen facing in (less exposure) or out. This case is just what I was looking for. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a little wedge on the bottom of the piece that holds the bottom of the belt. This would make it easier to reattach the holster to the belt with one hand.
Customer Review: THE WORST CASE EVER! CHEAP! A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT FROM SPECK!
I have had a lot of differant cases over the years for differant ipods and this one hands down is the very worse. I agree with everything the last poster stated about its manufacturer, made of just the cheapest pieces of plastic I have ever seen AND an even cheaper clear piece that is supposed to be the thing that protects the viewable space on your touch screen. It does a horrible job of protection and these guys at Speck should take a lesson from the people who make Tough Skin Protectors or any of the other clear screen protectors out there that do a way better job. The part they give you to put over your itouch screen is not even worth putting on, it will be scratched before the end of the day. I called Speck and asked about replacing it and was directed to their web site, where I tried to order one for an hour, turns out their site was not working, GREAT! They sent me a replacement, "on the house". I received it and guess what? It was already scratched. The overall plastic case that surrounds the unit also scratches so easily you'd be better off getting a case for the case! I am surprised at this as Speck usually makes a good tough case, I have several and one on each of my Mac pro's, but they must have been in a big rush to get this one out. If I were them I would recall this piece of junk and rethink the overall design and manufacturing process of it starting with a proper screen protector and give consumers one that they can actually view their screen with. Thankfully, the Itouch screen is more scratch resistant than theirs is! I took this one and threw it in the garbage!

Well, I really couldn't tell what I wanted to know from the pic that is used for this product online. I wanted something that I could strap onto my forearm, so that I could access my ipod in work without leaving it lying on my desk. I didn't want to strap it onto my upper arm because I wanted to wear it beneath my shirt. I wanted to make my iPod Touch inconspicuous to others and easily accessible to myself.. This won't do it. The Velcro strap is just too big. It doesn't have anything to latch onto if your arm is not big enough. It wrapped around my arm twice so that the strap would have covered the iPod... Not good. Also, the plastic case is just like a zip lock bag kind of idea. It's not solid, and it isn't big enough to hold my iPod while it's wearing the 'Speck' clear case, so I'd have to take it out of that case and put it into this case every time.. Also, there was too much of the color grey involved, I thought it was going to be all black. I'll try and upload some more photos so that you can see what I mean. Overall, it doesn't work for me. It might work if you plan to wear this in the Gym and don't mind it being seen by the entire world on your upper arm. Or maybe I could cut off the excess strap and restitch the velcro catch onto the end of the part that would fit me? It's a pity they didn't make the catch go the lenght of the velcro strap, then I could just cut it to fit..I'd still have to swap cases all the time..

Customer Review: Right Price; Does the Job
Rather than spend twice the amount to buy this iPod dock from the box store where we purchased our home theatre component system, we did the research & purchased the identical product here. Fits our classic iPod perfectly, although we need to remove the protective sleeve for the unit to make contact, and adds the right (one cable connecting to the rear of the amp, not a power cord & an output cable into the front) type of connection to our Yamaha 663 amplifier. It does the job, and the price/delivery were right. What more needs to be said?
Customer Review: Audio works, but menus have issues!
The audio works great, but here are the gotchas! - The features that work only with the ipod scroll wheel (like selecting rating) do NOT work. You can browse through songs, go up or down, but the ratings menu does not work. It was a big disappointment for me since I usually select a single star for the bad songs for deleting later on iTunes - While inserting and removing ipod from the dock, one needs to be very careful since the pins are very flimsy

It's a lot like Apple's ipod case (you know the $100 leather one.) But this is cheap leather but still looks nice. I got the Black one and it looks grate with my ipod touch. What I like most about this case is that it's small no click on things nothing. -Julian

These don't fit my ears. I know I have smaller than average ears, but no matter what I do I can't get them far enough into the ear canal to make them stay put. I've tried using the different size covers, but to no avail. The problem is with the housing behind the silicone cover. The leading side of it is more square than other canal style headphones I've used and therefore prevents the headphones from fitting into the ear canal. I hope one of my family members will be able to use them.

They come out of my ear every now and then. My old ear buds never did that. I have also emailed their customer support and from the response its obvious they didn't read my email and just sent a standard reply so I tried another email address and did not receive a response from them. So I took a star off for customer service. Better than your standard Apple white ear buds but no reason to get these over other similar priced ear buds unless you like the colors.

Customer Review: video plays for only 1 min 7 sec
Maybe I have the wrong software version for my IPod Touch but every video that I tried to play only played for 1 minute and 7 seconds before the TV screen went blank and I purchased the videos on ITunes. While playing it looked and sounded fine but as I watched the timer count how long the video was playing each video stopped playing on my TV at 1 minute 7 seconds. Please post any suggestions if I am doing something wrong or if it is the product I purchased.

The quality es bad for a $ 25 cable. I have to manually move the cable for it to make good contact, otherwise I would hear the audio but would not see the image. In the end, it does work, but it is disappointing.

I picked out the IPOD Touch 16g because of the reviews. It was just what I have been looking for to replace my PDA. I have use Palm and Dell PDAs in the past. This is much easier to navigate than either product. It is a fraction of the size and does everything I need it to and more as I gain experience with it. I didn't get the one with the phone. I just didn't need that product. It has an easy to navigate calender with a list feature. Using this I can quickly see all upcoming appointments. It has an audible alarm. Putting in contacts and associating birthdays is easy too. Then it associates the information with your calender. I can also use notes in the contact section to put in peoples clothes sizes or kids names or whatever I want. To synchronize or charge I just plug it into my computer and I don't have to give it any commands. I put books on tape, bible on CD, prayers, and all kinds of music on it. It sorts them easily so I can find any thing I need with a quick touch even with the 20 years worth of CDs I have collected. They are easy to delete too. It has a simple calculator which is handy. I never need graphing functions at work, just basic functions. It has all I need. There is a note feature. I can keep lists on it. I use it to keep track of movie and book recommendations people give me. I use it for my gift list for Christmas. I use it to carry measurements of my windows and rooms in case I find furniture or curtains I don't have to wait to measure to see if they will fit. I also keep notes with all my family vaccinations and health information. It is really handy not having a bunch of slips of paper to thumb through and loose. It surfs the internet faster than my own desk top, but the font is small and the trick of super-sizing it took me about a week to learn. I have bookmarked important sites and you tube videos I have wanted to share. When I am done, it is easy to delete any book marks. Typing comments on blogs or other information took me a week to learn. The keyboard requires a certain touch. A little practice and there is nothing to it. I have wide fingers and have found the right way to hold it to type without errors. No stylus is used. I use it everyday to check my AOL email account. The battery runs down quickly when using the internet. If I want it to last a whole shift at work, I have to turn off the wifi connection. It takes 3 quick clicks to do that. No big deal. Several nurses I work with have taken a tour of my IPOD and are getting their own. My only regret is not getting more memory. I have never needed more with my other PDA, but this does so much more and is more fun. I want to use it every day. This is a wonderful product for the older adult who may have a hard time learning how to use new technology. And it is a product my children wish they could have. I am looking forward to playing games on it in the future.
